Initial intake and treatment

The first treatment is important to get a full health history and to express your health concerns. It is important as Chinese Medicine Practitioners to ask a wide range of questions such as quality of pain, digestion, sleep, stress, and lifestyle to better understand where your health concern may be stemming from. From there I will customize a treatment using acupuncture needles, cupping, gua sha, massage, or a combination to best treat your concerns.
Follow up Acupuncture Treatment
$85 / 60 mins
After the initial intake it will be important to assess results from your last treatment, briefly go over any changes to your health, and continue with a treatment plan that addresses your goals.
cosmetic acupuncture initial

Similar to a regular acupuncture intake, however we will dive into your skin care concerns, routine, advice for your skin type, and treatment. Not only will we focus on the face, but also on balancing the systems of the body to help support the cosmetic effect of the treatment.
Cosmetic Acupuncture follow up
$119 / 75 minutes
Cosmetic acupuncture results are best achieved by a course of treatments done weekly. I strongly recommend a course of 10 treatments spread one week apart, followed up monthly touch ups to maintain the results. At home advice will always be offered.
Fire cupping
$55 / 30 mins
Fire cupping is a tool in Chinese Medicine that helps to move qi and blood in the tissue. This will help increase circulation and reduce pain. Often used on the back, legs, and shoulders this treatment can be quick and effective at relieving pain, moving stuck energy, and improving mobility.
